Lysychansk Brewery is a regional brewery in the Lugansk area which was acquired in 2003 by western investors whose ambition is to turn it around into a national player. A business plan was developed and with assistance of the EBRD the brewery was technically completely renovated and its capacity was expanded. |

ProMarketing developed a new mainstream beer brand and designed and recruited a sales organisation. New products and packaging formats were introduced and a full range of point-of-sales materials was developed. A new commercial strategy and marketing plan were rolled out in 2004, resulting in significant sales increases behind strong growth of distribution and brand awareness. |
