As a founder of Atlantic Group in 1992, Andrew probably has as much western business experience in Ukraine as anyone. He helped with the initial commercialization of State Television of Ukraine as well as founded the country's first advertising agency. Subsequently founding publishing, OOH, internet and radio ventures, Andy partnered with a number of multi-national companies in joint enterprises, including three of the four world's largest marketing communications companies, and served directly or indirectly over 250 international companies in the region. Andy has a bachelor's degree in languages from Yale and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
