Victoria Lyubarevich-Torkhova is a Senior project manager and responsible for strategic consulting projects, including such major project as Joint Bid of Ukraine and Poland to host European Football Championship in 2012.

Prior to Promarketing she has worked as a Policy and Leadership Associate at the international non-governmental organization "Transatlantic Partners Against AIDS" (TPAA) where she managed the program aimed to enhance and maintain political will in fighting HIV/AIDS through high-level events, research and analysis, as well as awareness campaign.

Victoria holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology (Ba) and Masters in Developmental Neuropsychology (MSc) both from Essex University, UK. She currently resides in Kyiv, Ukraine.
