Promarketing Reports To The Dutch Government On Airports Development Prospects In Ukraine

On request of the Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD) of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Promarketing prepared an overview of all design and construction projects planned and launched within the Ukrainian airports sector. The general aim of this report was to strengthen the position of the Dutch companies in the Ukrainian airport sector by providing them with the actual information on current status and potential prospects of the sector development.

Besides the general description of the Airport sector in Ukraine, the report includes detailed development plans of all strategic (Kiev Boryspil, Kiev Zhulyany, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, Lviv, Kharkiv and Simferopol) and some local (Lutsk, Ternopil, Cherkasy, Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhje, Berdyansk) airports, as well as information on cargo airports development. Also this report includes 4 exclusive interviews with the experts active today in the airports sector: representatives of the State Aviation Administration, Kiev Boryspil International Airport, and two Dutch companies involved in Ukrainian airports development – NACO and Tebodin.

This report was officially presented during the EVD seminar held on Russian and Ukrainian airports development in Rotterdam (Netherlands) on November 6, 2008.
