Dutch Pigs Breeding Technologies To Profit Ukrainian Farmers

Two seminars-presentations of Dutch pigs breeding technologies took place in Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk on September 8-10, 2009 respectively. This event was organized by Promarketing following the initiative from the Dutch Ministry of Agricultural Affairs and EVD (Agency for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs) and supported by the Royal Dutch Embassy in Kiev.

These two seminars of Dutch pigs breeding professionals welcomed managers of Ukrainian agrarian companies that are already active or plan to launch pigs breeding business. Mini exhibitions of modern pigs breeding equipment accompanied both seminars and offered a unique opportunity for Ukrainian party to get directly acquainted with Dutch know-hows after they were presented during the seminars.

Overall 12 Dutch companies came to Ukraine to share their professional expertise and present their modern solutions aimed to profit Ukrainian pigs farmers. Wide assortment of Dutch products presented by guests were ranged from a livestock to pigs breeding technologies which included housing systems, feeding systems, manure handling and climate control, as well as veterinary products and feeding additives for all categories of pigs (piglets, sows etc).
